• Date & Time: December 31, 2024, 3:00 PM – January 1, 2025, 2:00 AM

• Location: Bluedata Times Square Campus (1501 Broadway, Suite #1511, NY, NY 10036)

• Ticket Prices (Special Discounts):

  • $50 per Bluedata student or graduate

🚦 Important Info

• Arrival & Departure: Arrive before 3–4 PM and leave after 1–2 AM due to NYPD street closures.

• Food & Drinks:

  • Bring your own food and drinks (you may stay up to 11 hours).

  • Light snacks and beverages will be provided in limited quantities.

• Prohibited Items:

  • No alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes (including e-cigarettes).

  • Avoid large bags or backpacks—NYPD will restrict them.
    

✅ How to RSVP:

1. Complete the reservation form RSVP (click here) and agree to all conditions.

2. Submit your payment by December 22, 2024:

   • Zelle/PayPal: jiehu.bd@gmail.com

   • Credit Card, Cash, or Checks: Call the office to arrange payment.

3. Once confirmed, pick up your official admission letter (required for entry). Bring your receipt when collecting it.
   

🎫 Entry Requirements:

• Admission Letter + Valid Photo ID

• Present these at the NYPD street checkpoint and the building’s lobby receptionist.
  

🎆 Tips for a Great Experience:

• Arrive early (3–4 PM) for smooth access before street closures.

• Bring easy-to-clean-up food and enjoy an unforgettable evening!
