Online Instruction School Policies

Dear Students,

In light of the rapidly changing COVID-19 information, Bluedata International Institute has announced that all classes will be moved to online instruction from Monday, March 16, 2020.

Your well-being remains a top priority for Bluedata, and we continue to actively monitor the outbreak of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

In order to better facilitate the transition, Bluedata has the following guidelines for our students,

1. Textbooks

Students can borrow textbooks from our school library with your student ID, and return by the end of the semester or the end of the online instruction, whichever comes first. Failure to return textbooks may subject to payment of fines (cost of the textbooks see emails) and failure to enroll for next semester.

Students can also purchase their own textbooks online. Currently, the school does not provide textbook purchase service, but ISBN could be provided by the school. Please contact your school agent for more information.

2. Make Up Hours

Make up schedules are afternoon, evening and weekend.

Students who want to do makeup class can either join our ongoing online afternoon, evening, weekend classes with the provided class IDs (see email) or come to school for self-study sessions. Given the current changing circumstance, we strongly discourage non-essential visits to our campus.

If you choose to join the ongoing classes for makeup, please let teachers know your name, student ID and the time you leave the class (as usual).

3. Special Make-Up

Students who need to do special makeup should continue to contact the main office for registration. Your agents will assign a class (with the class ID) for you and notify the teacher in advance.

4. Tests

All tests will be administered by teachers during class time as usual. Your teacher will upload the test documents to Zoom and you will need to download it and send it back to your teacher after you finish. For more details, please ask your instructor in class.
